Welcome once again to "Fraiser, Briefly," where we keep you up-to-date on all the latest Frasier developments. I got my BELIEVER magazine in the mail today. As you know, my column in that magazine is always wonderfully illustrated by Jason Polan. This time Jason has drawn a perfect likeness of Frasier's dad's lovable pooch Eddie, who appears in the column for some reason, probably because I can't stop thinking about Frasier, that's probably the reason.
