I had the pleasure of running into Mr. Jamie Allen at a function the other night. Mr. Allen slipped me two copies of the latest issue of the Duck & Herring Co. Pocket Field Guide, a cunning and snug publication that will fit right in your pocket. I contributed a little something to that particular number but there are plenty of better reasons to get one for yourself. It also turns out that I will be participating in a Duck & Herring reading in Decatur, GA, on January 27th. Don't worry, I'll remind you!
