The "blog" has often "blogged" about belts. But seldom has it been so important. Verdell reports that she has lost her belt. "It fell off at some point today. If you see a vintage red, white and blue striped fabric belt anywhere, let me know!" she exhorts. (This photograph came up when I did a "Google Image Search" for "red white and blue belt." Don't use it as your guide! It probably does not resemble Verdell's belt at all. If you see ANY vintage red, white and blue striped fabric belt, do the right thing and turn it in to the local authorities.)
