Speaking of marmalade, I believe that my favorite character name in any medium is that of Greg Marmalard, one of the bad guys in ANIMAL HOUSE. If I wished to deal in rankling cliche, as I apparently DO wish to do, I would call that name "
worthy of Dickens." Marmalard!
